Das Nordseeheilbad Spiekeroog ist eine der ostfriesischen Inseln im niedersächsischen Wattenmeer. Die Insel liegt zwischen Langeoog und Wangerooge und hat eine Fläche von 18,25 Quadratkilometern. Die geringste Entfernung zum Festland beträgt 5,7 Kilometer. Die Gemeinde Spiekeroog gehört zum Landkreis Wittmund. Sie ist die nördlichste Gemeinde dieses Landkreises und damit auch Ostfrieslands.
