Description
A warmongering race of giant bipedal humanoids with a heavy-set, rhinoceros-like appearance. Their ever expanding interstellar empire spreads through organization, efficiency, and corruption. Their army that occupied Mars and held it for some time was but a fraction of their full might. During the Red War, an army warlord known as Dominus Ghaul took command and became acting emperor of the empire, with the forces being known as the Red Legion. After his demise, the Red Legion shattered into several factions across the solar system. At this time, the exiled Emperor Calus had returned and formed the Shadow Legion, siding with the Witness in its war with the Traveler and humanity. In recent times, the daughter of Calus, known as Caiatl had taken the throne and become the empress of the empire, reforming its forces into the Imperial Legion.
