投诉及内部调查科（俗称投诉科；英文：Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch，缩写：C&IIB）于1973年成立，隶属于香港警务处监管处服务质素监察部，主要责任为调查有关于纪律人员（即正规警务人员和辅助警务人员）和文职人员（包括交通督导员和警察通讯员等等）的投诉以至所涉及的刑事侦缉。除此之外，投诉及内部调查科就人员的工作执行问责制和相关研究、制订及推行警队诚信管理计划，防止贪污及杜绝各种违反诚信的行为
