Description
Amherst Academy is a reformatory school in 2008 New England, Maine. With a self-proclaimed success rate of 95%, it is a last-chance alternative before children are sent into juvie for their delinquency, most of their students being known for violent acts against peers or teachers, as well as authority figures in general. Though, not all students are delinquents, some just being unfortunate enough to have been born into Amherst's town and not having anywhere else to attend, or being too poor to afford somewhere else. The academy is known for its various scandals nationwide, but due to its success rate it gets a heavy influx of students year round. It is allegedly just a tax evzasion front, but who knows? The students that arrive are anticipating their time at the academy, either in fear, in nervousness, or in a mix of both, as their stay will be for quite a while. Heavily inspired off of the 2006 Rockstar Vancouver game Bully.
