The Bristo Cafe Human Resources Department (HRD) is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of staff within the group. This includes recruiting and onboarding new members, organizing training sessions, handling promotions and demotions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring all rules and policies are followed. The HRD also works to maintain a positive and respectful work environment by listening to employee concerns, conducting evaluations, and promoting fairness and professionalism across all departments. Their goal is to help every team member grow, succeed, and feel valued within the community.
