Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrаnts ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ During the Lebanese Civil War, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants was tasked with maintaining Lebanon's international relations and managing its diaspora under extremely challenging conditions. The war's fragmentation of political authority and infrastructure made it difficult for the ministry to operate effectively.
