Description
The United Northern Colonies ---------- In the year 1676, the colony of virginia was under British rule. A man named Nathaniel Bacon led an armed attack on the British governors capitol in Virginia. Many farmers and servants and citizens alike united to face the tyrannical rule of Britain. After burning down the capitol, the rebellion didn't stop there. It inspired many across the state to form a paramilitary dedicated to taking over Virginia and liberating it. After months of battle, the colony was taken over and became the first colony to be free of British rule. The rebellion continued years later, and when 4 other colonies stood up against the tyrants, they joined the colony of Virginia, forming the 5 united northern colonies by the year 1690. The year is 1860, the war against britain goes on, but there's a spark of hope for the people now that they have multiple colonies under their rule. ----------- Founded: 2/7/26 Era: 1860, post revolutionary war, alternate timeline
