The Coalition of Warlocks. Quite often abbreviated as TCOW, is a NEUTRAL wizardry group set around the basis of exploiting all uses of known and unknown magic. The group is orchestrated by the Coalition of Head Warlocks and their Council. The Coalition prides itself in having some of the most skilled duelists in the Wizarding World and obtaining the highest standards for each and every one of our members.
