WIP. The Naval Commando (Đặc công Hải quân) or alternatively the Naval Special Operations Force is the elite, special force, and component of the Vietnam People's Navy that is purposed to attack enemy water targets such as harbors, ships, etc. and targets that can only be accessed via water: Isolated bases, naval bases, etc. Virtually a combat arms of the Vietnamese Navy, the component exists as a single brigade under the Naval Service Headquarters
