ONLY CLASSIC BANDED TOP HATS PLEASE! NO SAILOR HATS WHICH COVER YOU BAND! This group was created to try and bring back classic style war groups to ROBLOX. We were getting tired of only seeing Cafe and Restaurant groups. The Order Of The Top Hats Started centuries ago in the Temple of Chaos Canyon. There, three unlikely top hat savages joined forces to triumph over and destroy anyone who disgraces the top hat name. REQUIREMENTS: In order to be a fellow member of The Order Of The Top Hats, you must have a classic banded top hat. No unusual meshed top hats are allowed. WHEN IN WAR: You must wear the group uniform and dress your avatar to look like a classic ROBLOX character. UNIFORM: Classic Banded Top Hat of your choice, and group uniform which is the T-Shirt.
