Description
S.T.A.R. Labs, or Scientific and Technological Advanced Research Laboratories is a scientific center created by scientist ######## ##### in the year 2000. It's greatest achievement to date has been the creation and execution of the Particle Accelerator, which was intended to cause a breakthrough in multiple fields of research, resulting in new sources of energy, ######### and further research. When the Particle Accelerator was activated on December 11th, 2013, it had run as expected for forty-five minutes, prior to it becoming unstable, and exploding shortly after. As a result, dark matter was released throughout Central City, which also caused the birth of the Flash. After this, S.T.A.R. Labs was deemed a class four hazardous location, and has not been fully operating since.
