38th Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Squadron ⚕️ 🪂 "𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙒𝙚 𝘿𝙤, 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙊𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚" ═───────────═ Pararescues a specialized division within the United States Air Force Special Warfare community. PJs are highly trained personnel responsible for performing combat search and rescue (CSAR) and medical evacuation missions in hostile and challenging environments. While Pararescue units primarily belong to the Air Force, they have a history of involvement in various conflicts, including the Vietnam War. PJs were not only involved in rescuing personnel but were also tasked with recovering sensitive equipment, classified materials, and aircraft wreckage from crash sites to prevent them from falling into enemy hands.
