Their primary targets are infected civilians, hostile factions, and outcasts. The Agency comprises two subdivisions: Task Force and Officers. Task Force is comprised of brave operatives who venture into the wasteland to scavenge supplies, eliminate hostiles, and rescue uninfected civilians. They are the frontline fighters, risking their lives to restore order. Officers are the higher-ranking members who oversee operations from secure bases, either underground or above ground.
