Following the discovery of the fuel source known as Imulsion, the visionary statesmen of eight sovereign nations—collectively referred to as the Allfathers—united their homelands into the Coalition in order to protect their Imulsion reserves from competing powers. The guiding principles of this new alliance were outlined in the Octus Canon, which resulted in a political doctrine that championed collectivism, militarism, and nationalism.
