Description
Welcome to the umbral division, one of the control teams sent by the City Administrator. We respond to emergencies in City 8. Our Story: It dates all the way back to when Gordon was in city 17, While in that time period, the CA decided to create a division specialized for handling very strong rebels, such as the pyros or defenders. Rules: Please do not join if you are unknown or weren't in a training session. Be respectful to all units. If you become a rebel in this team, you will still get treated as one. Do not think you don't get consequences. Thats it. Glory to the universal union!
