Description
Agents of City-17 slaughters and exterminations. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Vortex Council is a rebellion private faction in City-17, and comprises the best and smart individuals. We thrive in constant chaos and warfare. In order to join, you must be recruited by Senior Diplomat+ otherwise, don't bother joining. (We are done with C-17 because of few reasons. MK3 is terrible, we are limited to 3 rebel heavy's but not giving us revolver, crosshair feels odd and weird, campers, hits not registering, Akhilleon didn't even gave me and Monarch 500 robux for completing a contract, after OSI came; C-17 went downhill, toxic community, cant even let rebels win atleast once and again it's OSI breaking promises) ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ "Know thy self, know thy enemy. A thousand battles, a thousand victories."

Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
