--The British Army-- The British Army, established in 1660 is world renowned for being one of the strongest and professional armies in the world. Their training is second to non, preparing soldiers for anything they may encounter all with the objective of protecting the United Kingdom and its interests at home and abroad. They work closely with NATO allies to ensure stability on the international stage. This group attempts to replicate this historical image through daily events & deployments. We deploy to various places, the main ones being Gibraltar, Cyprus, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan. These are incredible opportunities where you will be able to see and do so much as well as get great experience for future things you would like to do beyond the army. You can join the British Army as a regular or reserve. A regular has more events to attend than a reserve, however both must attend the mandatory inspection on a Sunday (exceptions are applied).
