Portsmouth City Police Department #33158625
Description
Following the construction of Portsmouth in 1792, a great fear of the Civil War sparked looting and civil disobedience. The two District Constabularies of Portsmouth were amalgamated by the Mayor to form the PPD, which still operates across all districts of the metropolis to this day. You MUST have Citizenship in the State of Arborview and a LETI Certification to join this group. Current Chief of Police - N/A
