Description
The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation simply "stores" their SCPs, and would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons or as torture devices. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing several dangerous SCPs.
