Description
Le Département de la Sécurité est la colonne vertébrale opérationnelle et disciplinaire du Ministère des Situations Anormales. Il est directement responsable de la protection physique des sites, des périmètres de confinement, du personnel et des biens stratégiques du МНС sur l’ensemble du territoire fédéral. Héritier des traditions les plus dures de la Division « P » du GRU et des unités Spetsnaz affectées aux missions « P », le Département a été massivement renforcé après la Grande Hémorragie des années 1990. Il a alors absorbé les restes des anciennes unités de garde armées, les détachements de liquidation rapide et les groupes de « nettoiage » qui opéraient dans le chaos post-soviétique.
