National Police of Ustalin (NPU) In Service of Order. In the Heart of the People. Who We Are The National Police of Ustalin (NPU) is the central authority for law and security in the People’s Republic of Ustalin. Since the founding of the Republic in 1956, the NPU has stood firmly by the side of the people—as a shield for the socialist order, a guardian of stability, and a guarantor of peace within our revolutionary society. Training and Discipline Our police forces undergo rigorous training at the National Police Academy. In addition to legal and tactical instruction, special emphasis is placed on ideological education in accordance with the principles of the Party.
