Description
“No Power Without Protocol.” The Nuclear Integrity Commission (NIC) is the official nuclear regulatory authority of the Noobic Stratocracy, responsible for overseeing, auditing, and enforcing the lawful use of nuclear energy and radioactive materials within Stratocratic territory. Established in the aftermath of the Naramo Reactor Crisis, the NIC exists to ensure all nuclear operations — civilian, industrial, and military — are conducted under strict safety, ethical, and environmental standards. The Commission maintains jurisdiction over nuclear reactors, weapons development sites, research facilities, and waste containment zones. NIC personnel are rigorously trained inspectors, auditors, and forensic agents, empowered to conduct surprise inspections, suspend reactor operations, issue containment orders, and initiate formal inquiries into regulatory breaches. While technically subordinate to the Stratocracy, the NIC operates with functional autonomy to preserve impartiality
