Description
Iota-11 "When Silence Falls" was created as the supreme task force unit under the Internal Security Department responsible for the rule enforcement and obedience inside the Foundation, their role is mandatory to keep the internal structure of the underworld in peace thus their extremely high clearance levels. The faction was founded back in the 60's when the cataclysmic event "The Fallen Guardian's Oath" took place. After said incident, the Foundation's internal protocols were shattered thus leading into the unstable environment. To fight the instability, the O5 Council decided to merge the brightest minds of the Intelligence Department and the best fighters of the Internal Security Department into one joint faction, leading to the creation of Iota-11 "When Silence Falls".
