Description
The term "lemon" refers to a citrus fruit with an oval or elliptical shape, yellow or yellowish-green in color, which is characterized by its acidic and refreshing flavor. Lemons are widely used in cooking to flavor a variety of dishes, as well as for the preparation of drinks, such as lemonade. They are also used in the production of lemon essential oil, which is used in perfumery, aromatherapy and household cleaners due to its fresh, citrus aroma.
