Original Founder : JINTAPONGTHAMMACHAI ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Royal Thai Army was founded by Thai’s Gracious King when the Hongsawadee raided Ayutthaya in 1767 AD. Thai’s Gracious King led Thai forces to successfully defeat the Burmese invaders. This victory helped establish the independence of the Siamese kingdom from Burmese rule. The Royal Thai Army plays an important role in defending Thailand's sovereignty and protecting its borders. Throughout its history, the army has helped repel numerous foreign incursions and threats to Thailand's security. It continues to be an essential institution for maintaining national defense and ensuring domestic stability in the modern era.
