Description
Through hushed whispers and rumours around Sunrise, Tales speak of a group of black market traders operating out of a place called Dogtown. Those people to those who know them are called The Silent, The secretive group keep under the radar and wear masks to conceal their identity. Seemingly having appeared out of the shadows of Sunrise over a short period of time, they aim to send Sunrise Island into an economic golden age, improving the region and removing its dependency on foreign powers.
