You can apply for CT-0 In order to get CT-1 you must get into a department In order to get CT-2 you must reach the second rank in your department and message someone who can rank you. In order to get CT-3 you must reach a medium command position in your department and tell someone who can rank you. In order to get CT-4 you must reach a high command position in your department such as supervisor and message someone who can rank you.
