Description
The Alaskan Strategic Accord (ASA) is the dominant security coalition operating across collapse-era Alaska, formed to hold the region together as federal authority weakened and outside stability broke down. Presenting itself as a force of order, continuity, and protection, the ASA unites private military companies, militias, contractors, and local power structures under a single command framework. In practice, it governs through checkpoints, district administration, infrastructure control, propaganda, and a constant visible security presence. The ASA oversees secured zones such as NorthRidge (C34), where it coordinates civilian management, territorial control, and regional enforcement while relying heavily on major supporting forces like EGSR and GAS to maintain authority on the ground. To its supporters, the ASA is what prevents total collapse in Alaska. To its critics, it is an occupation regime built on pressure, surveillance, and controlled fear.
