The Hades Interplanetary Correctional Complex, also known as HICC, is an authority on the planet Hades, placed in charge of maintaining the containment of the system's most troublesome inmates. The complex itself is the planet Hades, in addition to the guards, known as Polizei, and the Warden and their staff. The Complex maintains interplanetary relations with other factions, just as a nation would. This includes war, if it is seen as necessary.
