Description
The Galactic Empire, also known as the First Galactic Empire, was a dictatorship that replaced the Galactic Republic following the Clone Wars. Founded by Darth Sidious—secretly the Sith Lord Palpatine—the Empire rose to power by exploiting anti-Jedi sentiment, promising peace and stability, and gaining the Senate’s support. Sidious orchestrated the Jedi purge with his apprentice, Darth Vader, solidifying Sith dominance. The Empire initially maintained a constitutional façade but evolved into a militarized stratocracy marked by aggressive expansion and authoritarian rule. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Long live the Empire!
