If you buy the 200 robux shirt you autimaticly get promoted to a 2nd Lt which is hard to get to that rank. If you donate 20 robux,You will Get promoted but this works once a week. If you buy the 50 robux one you will get to sergeant rank. Sergeant ranks can host but they need supervision or just attend trainings to earn these promotions
