Description
𝐁𝐲𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ATHENIAN COLONY. Byzantion was a Greek State located in Thrace, founded by Megaran colonists. It took control of most of the Black Sea and was a major port for wood and other resources for neighboring states.
