If a Minilla/Godzilla/Gojira is spotted you are allowed to threaten them, unless allies, and if they attack. You have the rights to oof them. We are generally peaceful colony unless threatened. (Even tho the franchise they are in is in Japan… Don’t ask…) We still working on this
