𝙻𝚘𝚜 𝙳𝚎𝚏𝚎𝚗𝚜𝚘𝚛𝚎𝚜 𝙾𝚌𝚌𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚎𝚜 El Ejército Occidental fue una de las primeras unidades militares organizadas para resistir la expansión de la ideología que amenazaba con socavar los principios constitucionales en la región occidental de Cuba después de la Revolución. Su primera gran misión, conocida como la Batalla de las Colinas, no logró sus objetivos militares; sin embargo, la valentía, el heroísmo y la firmeza demostrada por sus soldados se han convertido en un símbolo eterno de la lucha por la libertad y la democracia en la historia de Cuba. Hoy en día, el legado del Ejército Occidental vive como un emblema de resistencia contra la opresión y la tiranía.
