We don't use Latin and We Use Proper Grammer so we don't say "hoi" or "hai" or Anything. 4. Call HRs by saying "sir" if it's a male or "ma'am" of it is a female. Or you can call them by their rank. 5. If you beg for promotions be ready to expect demotion or Exilation. 6. We don't promote the same people 2 times in a row.
