Somos un movimiento, unido por una creencia en común: Que la humanidad y todas las otras personas de los mundos conocidos no merecen permanecer sumidos en la oscuridad y la ignorancia. La Mano de la Serpiente no se coordina como un grupo. Somos un conjunto de astillas aisladas.
