The Joint Services Command and Staff College (JSCS) is responsible for training and delivering a high standard of leaders, be it senior as future COs and junior as future SNCOs. JSCS is a tri-service organisation designed to prepare and install leadership abilities into tomorrows leaders. Leadership attributes include: 1. Warfighter Courageous 2. Emotionally Intelligent 3.
