Description
The Colonial Alliance is an Empire that invites other group to join them as a colony, and protects them. Their leader becomes a Representative on the council. There are a few rules about what you can expect for your group, -You cannot wage war on another group in the alliance. -You are allowed to wage war on groups outside of the alliance, and gain support from us. -You do not have the right to leave the alliance without permission. -You obey orders without hesitation. -Your leader becomes a Representative on our council.
