Description

The Sarpy County Department of Corrections works to rehabilitate offenders of the law. Their main goal is to maintain peace and normal operations within the Jail. The Department of Corrections for Sarpy County was founded in 1924 when Saline County conjointed with Markers County, making Sarpy County Consolidated. Making the county twice as large which called for a Correctional Facility that was well maintained, with more staff, and more resources. The department started hiring and improved the jail to fit the county's needs. Employee Budget 2024-2025: 100 Employee's
