𝐄𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐎 - V 𝐂𝐔𝐄𝐑𝐏𝐎 𝐃𝐄 𝐄𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐎 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ En 1976, el Ejército Argentino (EA) se consolidó como la fuerza hegemónica dentro de la estructura del Estado, operando bajo una doctrina de guerra interna y control territorial absoluto. Tras el 24 de marzo de ese año, el Comandante en Jefe del Ejército asumió simultáneamente la conducción de la Junta Militar, transformando a la fuerza en el eje del poder político y de seguridad del país En el marco de la organización territorial militar de 1976, la ciudad de Viedma y su área de influencia se encontraban bajo la jurisdicción directa de la Subzona 51.
