Description
The Foundation is a organization made up of elite Anbu Black Ops. The whole purpose of The Foundation is to gather the strongest Anbu members around Shinobi Life, and people that have potential to become one of the strongest Anbu. To fight under one name "The Foundation". What The Foundation does is we aid any village or any clan that wishes to have our support or aid in wars, gaining information on their enemies or possible enemies. We don't bound our self's with just one ally.
