Known for their brutality, and diplomacy. The Commander-in-Chief. Has promised liberation of the Eastern Umbrian Democracy. Showing a dream of a unified Umbrian Kingdom as it was before the Umbro-Tornkian War. Built on anciet traditions, The UMC, And the trust of the people. The government of the Umbrian Stratocracy is the Umbrian Military Command. No trust of foreign people except the British. Nevertheless, the historic king of the Umbrian kingdom still lives in vein of the people, the soldiers, and the Country.
