Description
We are a secretive, well-organized criminal group with its roots. The network of organized criminal groups is complex featuring an organizational hierarchy behavior that prioritizes loyalty, secrecy, and refusing to cooperate with rivals/opponents. In addition to engaging in corruption, criminal activity, #### trafficking, gambling, and other illicit enterprises, the Family frequently uses violence and intimidation to gain power. We will show the community of Blackout who really owns the streets.
