The war Ministry functioned like this; the Ministry of War which was under Lottum, had 2 departments inside which we're named as "General War Department" and the 2nd Department as "Department of Military Economy" which was related to Army's fundings, and other related stuff. General War Department had 3 divisions, 1st as Adjt.-General, 2nd as "The General Staff" and the 3rd as "Weapons Inspectorate". FÜR DAS VATERLAND
