A purge of the Orangist Party led to an exodus of their supporters from the Netherlands in the hope of escaping persecution. Fleeing to the New World, they formed a new nation and declared themselves independent of the European United Provinces. Now, helmed by their first elected Stadhouder, they look to build a great and powerful nation in the New World.
