Ask to apply on the group wall, explain why you’d want this (optional, but uppers your chances into getting in) and feature what role you’d like to get, Avatar Ranker (Ranks pending users into what roles they think that they should have), Moderator (moderates the wall by replying to comments, addressing inappropriate behaviour and sorting out other issues and communicating), Shouter (does shouts of the day and can place any player in the role ‘avatar of the day!’). 3. You’ll be placed in a new place in this group, ‘Applying for roles’. This is were we’ll pick out and eliminate people. 4. If you get a place in the role, you’ll be moved to Cadet Staff and we’ll watch your activity, your working and your commitment. 5. Within a week or so later, some people will move and some will we moved back the a minor rank.
