Description

United States Judiciary The United States Judiciary is the branch of government responsible for interpreting and applying the law, ensuring justice is served, and safeguarding the rights and liberties of individuals. Established by Article III of the Constitution, the judiciary consists of the Supreme Court and lower federal courts.
