Description
The Covenant is a resistance movement against the tyrannical Royal monarch of sandia. Under the impression the virus was created by the government to control the people, COV would be founded by Vietnam and Gulf War veterans to combat the unlawful martial law. The COV consists of ordinary citizens and deserters alike having access to military-grade weaponry through commandeering and corruption gives COV a fighting edge against its military counterparts. Through early successes, the COV has expanded greatly in arkansas becoming a regular presence with many outposts and captured towns.
