The Vaktovian Defiance #33610340

Description
The Vaktovian Defiance Paramilitary Organization is a group in defiance of the Vaktovian Government and its hierarchy. Its goal is to form their own police and military units, replacing the already established Vyyrahk Police Department and Vaktovian Army. Defiance Units wear a brown cyberpunk uniform with black pants. They strike on rooftops or skirmish with cops in the middle of streets, taking cover behind cars and whatever cover they can find. These Units are made up of Offworlders, mostly, but do have native Vaktovians as well. This Organization works alongside its allies. They covertly associate with the mainstream Rebellion and assist in their attacks against Vaktovian Government Personnel.
