Description
𝗦𝗖𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 𝗥𝗔𝗭𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧 — INTERNAL TRIBUNAL DEPARTMENT — "Iustitia. Ordo. Veritas." — The Internal Tribunal Department serves as the Foundation’s primary judicial authority, responsible for maintaining discipline, accountability, and ethical compliance across all levels of personnel. Operating independently from operational and security divisions, the department investigates internal misconduct, protocol violations, and breaches of Foundation law. Through formal hearings and tribunals, it ensures due process and delivers appropriate disciplinary actions, safeguarding the integrity and operational stability of the Foundation from within. Not to be confused with the Ethics Committee, which evaluates the moral implications of Foundation actions, the Internal Tribunal focuses solely on legal and procedural enforcement. —
